Do these and your leather products will serve you for a long time!

  • If it your leather product is wet, dry it
  • Do not let your leather product soak up any liquid. If it gets wet, blot out the excess liquid without delay using a piece of cloth or paper towel. Do not rub it! Allow it to rest for a few minutes and then air dry. Do not expose it to sunlight or other heat sources.

  • If your leather product gets too dry, feed it
  • Similar to human beings, leather products require some moisturizer to remain soft and smooth to the touch. Rub some leather conditioner into your leather item, or in the alternative, you can use a simple moisturizing cream. You only need to ensure it leaves no spots.

  • If your leather product is dirty, clean it
  • Avoid letting your leather item soak up the dirt. If it does, clean the item without delay. Mix some mild soap with lukewarm water. Then, use a sponge or a piece of soft cloth to gently apply the mixture to the leather product. Next, use a piece of clean damp cloth to remove all the soap. Finally, use another piece of clean dry cloth or paper towel to blot out the excess moisture and allow the product to air dry.

    Storing leather products

Ensure that you use your leather accessory from time to time. Do not allow it to remain in your closet without using it for a long time. From time to time, look for ways of wearing it more often! And while you are not using the item, keep it in a soft fabric bag away from moisture, dust, sunlight, and heat.
